The Real Estate Department, headed by Advocate David Johan, handles a wide variety of real estate matters. The team provides legal counsel in all aspects of real estate transactions: construction projects, combination deals, purchasing groups, urban renewal plan 38, constitution and marketing of commercial centers (offices, health maintenance organizations, retirement homes etc.), purchasing and selling of real estate property, lease transactions, and bids of the Israel Lands Administration (from the stage of competing in the bid, through purchasing of the property, planning and building procedures, up to completion of the transaction). Amongst others, the department consults with respect to real estate transactions before the Israeli tax authorities, up until the stage final tax assessments are issued, including representation in appeals etc.
Advocate Johan is personally involved in all matters handled by the Real Estate Department and leads an experienced team which puts emphasis on creativity, extensive legal research and uncompromising effort for the client.
In addition, the Real Estate Department has expertise in the planning and construction field, including initiating and approving outline plans and issuing building permits, representing before various planning institutions (local committees, district committees and the national committee), planning and construction appeal committees and courts.
