Adv. Naama Horn specializes in real estate law and has a wealth of experience, among others, in providing overall legal counsel and support for complex real estate transactions; accompanying developers and property owners in the relevant processes related to development and construction; as well as the implementation of urban renewal projects.
Adv. Naama Horn also specializes in civil and commercial litigation (among others, real estate, contracts and representing international firms) in complex litigation cases before all legal instances, in administrative and constitutional petitions, and in large-scale mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Following her work as an intern in the real estate department at the law offices of Lipa Meir & Co., Adv. Naama Horn worked for four years at a leading law office representing local authorities and municipal corporations, and later worked for six years in the litigation and real estate department at Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co., one of the leading commercial law firms in Israel today.
